Mission & Goal

---

We have 224 parcel lots available along with 300 Prefab Homes all thanks to our private 3rd party sponsors. We are developing a private community in  western rural Tn outside of city limits that only offers good vibes with people who have good character, principles and values!

Our program will be able to provide affordable housing within 5 years to over 40 states. This is for individuals who would like to have an investment that grows over time, while securing generational wealth for future family members!
