We offer parcel lots in 0.178 acre of space. The area will be cleared and ready for use by time of the term end date of 12 months or money back. Final cost will be $1800 no interest or deposit included only pay $75 for 24 months with owner finance. 

We offer 20 x 16 ft and 40 x 16 ft Prefab Homes  that are fully customized by request. All structures come with a deck and balcony included with the package. The structure will be complete by end term date of 8 months or money back. Final cost will be $3600 for 20 ft containers and $7200 for 40 ft containers with no interest or deposit. Only pay $150 for 24 months for 20 x 16 or $150 for 48 months for 40 x 16.

Our lot and Home package comes with 0.178 acres of space along with a 40 x 16 ft Prefab container Home. Comes with balcony deck and fencing with customization available. The term of 10 months will secure your land clearing and custom prefab build or your money back. We will then owner finance the remainder of the balance with a Final cost of $9000 at $300 for 30 months. This will be an investment for generations to come.
