This is a description of our most asked questions.


Our policy as of 2026 consists of:

  • How long does it take for custom wooden wall logo to be delivered (please allow 2 to 4 weeks for delivery )
  • When will the development begin (construction will begin around may or June 2027)
  • Will there be a reservation fee (Yes, a one time fee of the plan you choose holds your position. Another payment isn't due until June 2027)
  • How to be approved for the program (Individuals must be age 25 and up, have proof of income and be able to upload a background report for the safety of the community )
  • What if construction doesn't start on time (any of the 224 Members will be able to get a full refund for their reserve fee or continue to hold until it starts)
